通り雨が上がった午後、屋内で50mを20本泳ぎました。

天窓から日が差すと、水の底のラインまでよく見えます。
雨の日より、一本ずつのフォームを確かめやすい日でした。

今夜はハヤシライスです。

This afternoon, after the passing shower cleared, I swam twenty 50m laps indoors.

When the sun comes through the skylight, I can see all the way down to the lane lines on the bottom of the pool.
It was a day when it was easier to check the form of each single lap than on a rainy day.

Tonight it's hayashi rice.
